BX = 30 cm & BY = 50 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

BX ⊥CD

Area of Parallelogram = CD * BX    (CD = AB)

= AB * BX

= 50 * BX

50 * BX = 1500

=> BX = 30 cm  = BC

BY  ⊥ DA

Area of Parallelogram =  AD * BY      ( AD = BC)

= BC * BY

= 30* BY

30* BY = 1500

=> BY = 50 cm   = AB

=> ABCD is a rectangle
