Let the point of intersection of the diagonals be O.
∠AOB and ∠BOC are linear pairs.
∴ x = 180° - 100° = 80°
In ΔBOC,
y = 180° - (x + 30°)
⇒ y = 180° - (80° + 30°)
⇒ y = 180° - 110°
⇒ y = 70°
Here, AD ║ BC.
∴ z = 30° (Alternate)
