IF ITS A PARALLELOGRAM THEN ITS OPPOSITE SIDES MUST BE EQUAL THUS ITS PERIMETER COULD BE AS SAME AS A RECTANGLE ...HENCE LET THE MISSING SIDE BE .X

2(9.5 + X)=30

19+2X=30

2X= 11

X=5.5
