Question:

To find:

  • Length of all sides

Given:

  • Length of two digonals: 6cm and 8cm

Let:

  • The point of intersection between digonals be O.

Answer:

BD= 2 BO

.°. BO = 4 cm

AC = 2 AO

.°. AO = 3 cm

  • ⟹(AB)²=(AO)² +(BO)²
  • ⟹(AB)²=(3)²+(4)²
  • ⟹(AB)²=9+16
  • ⟹(AB)²=25
  • ⟹(AB)²=√25
  • ⟹AB=5✓

AB = DC= BC=AD

reason:

As digonals intersect at 90⁰ from which we came to know it is it is rhombus and all sides of rhombus are equal.

.°. AB=5

BC=5

DC=5

AC=5
