As opposite sides of a parallelogram are parallel

⇒AD || BC

also AQ || PR

⇒AD || PR

⇒BC || PR

Similarly QR || DC

⇒∠PRQ=∠BCD = 40°

AP || QR

⇒∠APR+∠PRQ = 180°. ( Internal angles)

⇒∠APR = 140°

∠R = 40° ,∠P = 140°
