So, opposite sides of parallelogram are parallel and equal.

∴ PQ=SR

⇒ 5x=25

∴ x=5

⇒ 3y−1=47

⇒ 3y=48

⇒ y=16

∴ We get x=5 and y=16

case 1

y+9=25

y= 16

x+y=18

x=18-16

x=2

case2

x+y+18=y+9+25

by solving we get x=2

y=16
