to prove this follow the given steps
first make diagonal of that quadrilateral
now
prove the congruence of that two ∆'s
it can be proved by side-side-side congruence criteria
now,
the triangles congruent ,
so we can proof that the alternate Angles are equal
since alternate Angles are equal
therefore lines will be parallel
if opposite sides are parallel and equal
there for it will be parallelogram
