length = 20cm

breath = 9cm

perimeter of rectangle = 2 length + 2 breath

= 2 (20) + 2 (9)

= 40 + 18

= 58cm

EDGF is square

side = 7cm

perimeter of square = 4 × side

= 4 × 7

= 28cm

BJIH is square

side = 8cm

perimeter of square = 4 × side

= 4 × 8

= 32cm

perimeter of entire area = area of ABCD + area of EDGF + area of BJIH

= 58cm + 28cm + 32cm

= 118cm
