ABCD is a rectangle. If N, 0 and M are the midpoint of

AB, BD and CD respectively, then find:

a) Area of ∆COD

b) Area of (CBNO) : Area of (ABCD)

If ON=10cm then,OM=10cm

Firstly, we will find the area of triangle MOD=1/2*B*H=1/2*15*10=75sq.cm

Since,triangle MOD=COM so area of tri. COM=75

Therefore Area of triangle COD=(75+75)cm=150sq.cm.
