Equal perimeter of both
Perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)
So in ABCD
2(20+12)=2×32=64

AND IN PQRS
2(7+25)=2×32=64

HENCE BOTH ARE EQUAL

Step-by-step explanation:

Equal perimeter of both

Perimeter of rectangle =2(1+b)

So in ABCD

2(20+12)=2×32-64

AND IN PQRS

2(7+25)=2×32-64

HENCE BOTH ARE EQUAL
