⇒ in rectangle ABCD , OA = OB

⇒ ∠OAB  = ∠OBA =  28°   [ ∵ opposite angles ( ∠OAB , ∠OBA) of the equal sides (OA and OB) are equal ]

⇒ we know that measure of each angle in a rectangle = 90°

⇒  ∠ ABC =  90°  

⇒ ∠ABO + ∠OBC = 90°  

⇒   28°  +  ∠OBC  = 90°  

⇒   ∠OBC  = 90° - 28°

⇒  ∠ OBC  =  62°
