In a rectangle ABCD, AC is the diagonal and AB & BC are adjascent sides. The triangle ABC is a right angle triangle with AC as hypotenuse and AB & BC as base & altitude.

Now, according to pythogoras theorem :

AC^ = AB^2 + BC^2

=> 13^2 = 12^2 + BC^2

=> BC = 5m

Now AB = CD & BC = AD

Perimeter = AB + BC + CD + AD

= 2(12 + 5) = 34 m

Answer:

ABCD is a rectangle with a perimeter of 34. Find, to the nearest degree, the measure of angle E. In ΔABC, the m∠C = 90º, AB = 52, and AC = 48.

...

28º 32º

45º 58º
