ABCD IS A rhombus diagonals AC and BD bisect each other at O such that AC=6 Cm and BD=8 find the side of the rhombus​

DIAGONAL OF RHOMBUS BISECT EACHOTHER AT 90°

Let us consider the bisection point as 'O'

In rhombus ABCD,

AO = 3 cm;

BO = 4 cm

According to PYTHAGORAS THEORM,

(AO)^ ^ 2+(BO)^ ^ 2=(AB)^ ^ 2;

(3)^ ^ 2+(4)^ ^ 2=(AB)^ ^ 2;

(AO)^ ^ 2(BO)^ ^ 2=(AB)^ ^ 2;

9+16=(AB)^ ^ 2; sqrt 25=(AB)^ ^ 2

5cm= =AB

Therefore the side of rhombus is 5cm
