The perimeter of rhombus is 20x.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : ABCD is a rhombus with AO =4x and DO = 3x.

We know that diagonals of a rhombus are perpendicular to each other

⇒∠AOD = 90°

Now in right angled ∆AOD

AD^2 = AO^2 + OD^2     (Pythagoras theorem)

AD^2 = (4x)^2 + (3x)^2

AD^2 = 16x2 + 9x^2

AD^2 = 25x^2

AD=\sqrt{25x^2}

AD=5x

Here perimeter of given rhombus =4 \times (side) = 4 \times AD

=4\times AD

=4\times 5x

=20x.
