let the coordinates of D be (x,y)
as we know,
in a rhombus mid point of AC =mid point of BD
mid point of AC=(1+8/2,2+9/2)
=(9/2,11/2)
mid point of BD =(6+x/2,4+y/2)
put the x coordinates equal
9/2=6+x/2
x=9-6
x=3

put y coordinates equal

11/2=4+y/2
y=11-4
y=7
Therefore,coordinates of D are (3,7)
