Length of each side of rhombus is 2cm.

Given:

Area of rhombus = 8\sqrt{3} cm

∠BAD = 60°

To find:

Length of each side of rhombus

Solution:

It can be seen that one interior angle is given

Area of rhombus = (side)² * sin(a)    [a is the value of any interior angle]

8\sqrt{3} = (side)² * sin 60   [ The value of sin 60 is √3/2

8\sqrt{3} = (side)² * \sqrt{3} /2

(8\sqrt{3})/ \(\sqrt{3}/2) = (side)²

8/2 = (side)²

4 = side²

Taking roots on both sides

√4 = side

side = 2

Hence, length of each side of rhombus is 2cm.
