⟹Rhombus, all sides are congruent, and also are perpendicular bisector to each other.

So,

$\frac{1}{2}bd^{2} = ab ^{2 } - \frac{1}{2} ac {}^{2} \\ = > {17}^{2} - {8}^{2} = 289 - 64 = 225$

So,

$= > \frac{1}{2} bd = 15cm$

So,

$= > bd = 15 + 15 = 30cm$

So, answer is
