The side of the rhombus= 10cm

The rhombus is formed of 4 right angled triangles, whose hypotenuse = 10 cm and one side is 10/2 = 5 cm

The other side of the RAT = (10^2 - 5^2)^0.5
=( 100-25) ^ 0.5 = (75)^0.5 = 8.66cm

The other diagonal of the rhombus = 2×8.66 = = 17.32

The area of the rhombus = 17.32 × 10/2
= 86.6 sq cm
