Since string is mass less tension on string will be same.

T cosθ = mg = g / √2

T sinθ = m2v^2 / R = 10 / √2

T =  √ (g /√2)^2 + (10 /√2)^2

T =  √200 / 2

T = 10 N

10 = m1v^2 /R = .1 / 1 v^2

v^2 = 100

v = 10 m/s

thus the speed of mass m1 is v = 10 m/s
