SOLUTION

We can simply solve the above problem as follows;

It is given,

ABCD is a square,

We know that,

Angles of a square = 90°

Sides of a square are equal to each other.

Therefore,

∠OBC = 40°

∠OBC + ∠OBA = 90°

40 + ∠OBA = 90°

∠OBA = 90-40 = 50°

∠OBA = ∠ODC (Alternate angles are equal)

We know that,

DC = BC

∠C = ∠D (Equal angles equal side)

∠OBA = ∠ODA = 40°
