ABCD is a square in which AB = (2x + 5) cm and BC = (x + 10) cm. Find its perimeter and area​

Answer:

In square, ABCD, AB=BC=CD=AD

∴3x−8=x+6⇒3x−x=6+8⇒2x=14

x=7

∴AB=3×7−8=13cm

Length of each side of square =13cm.
