ABCD is a square of side 6 cm. What is the length of its diagonal

Given :- side =6cm,
length of diagonal =?


by Pythagoras theorem
(AC)^2= (AB)^2+(BC)^2
= (6)^2 + (6)^2
= 36+36
(AC)^2 = 72
(AC). =36

… therefore, length of diagonal of square is 36cm .
