Now,  

The area of the circle=616

Pi*r^2=616

r^2=616*7/22

r^2=196

r=14

r=AB=14

AC=AB*2^(1/2)  (because AC is a diagonal of the square)

AC=14*2^(1/2)

AC=19.80 cm (approx)
