Here ABCD is the trapezium
And ABED is the square
So, we know that diagnol
of a square bisects the angle...
:. <BAE = <DAE
And <BAE + <DAE = 90°
So, <BAE = 45°
Also in ∆ BEC,
<BEC = 90°
Moreover BE-EC, so,
<EBC = <ECB
Using ∆ sum property
<BEC+ <EBC + (ECB = 180
< EBC + <ECB = 180°-90°
<EBC=45⁰
< ABC=<ABE + <EBC
<ABC = 90 +45°
<ABE = 135⁰
