To Find:- x and y

We know that in Trapezium one pair of opposite side is parallel and equal

BC is traversal and

angle BCE = angle ABC = 100°( Corresponding Interior angles )

AD is Traversal and

angle BAD + angle ADC = 180°

x + 80° = 180°

(sum of angles on the same side of the traversal is 180)

x = 100°

Hence, x = 100°and y = 100°
