the answer is 3:13.
using midpoint theorem
MQ= 1/2x16
=8
MP=1/2x10
=5
therefore
PQ=MQ-MP
=8-5
=3
Now
QN=1/2x10
=5
MN=MQ + QN
=8+5
=13
therefore
PQ:MN=3:13
using midpoint theorem
MQ= 1/2x16
=8
MP=1/2x10
=5
therefore
PQ=MQ-MP
=8-5
=3
Now
QN=1/2x10
=5
MN=MQ + QN
=8+5
=13
therefore
