ABCD is a trapezium in which AB||CD and CE AB . Also AB=10cm, CD=6cm and BC=5cm. Find the area of the trapezium.

area of the trapezium = 1/2(a+b)h

=1/2(10+6)5

=1/2(16)5

=40 sq.cm
