ABCD is a trapezium in which ABis parallel to CD and it's diagonals intersect each other at point O show that AO/BO=CO/DO

This can be proved by similarity of triangles
We will take a trapezium ABCD
In this angle AOB = angle DOC. ( vertically opposite angles)
Angle ABO = angle CDO. (Alt. Angles)
Thus triangle AOB is similar to triangle DOC by AA simirality
Thus AO/ BO = Co/DO
