Proof

Here, as ABCD is a trapezium, therefore opposite sides are equal and parallel.

so we know that angles opposite to equal sides are also equal....

Here opposite sides are AB and CD and AD and BC

ABE and CED are opposite to AC and BD....

So ABE = CBE ....
