abcd is an isosceles trapezium.its parallel sides mesure 13cm and 25cm its non parallel sides are equal and mesure 10cm find the area of the trapezium​

Find EF:

EF = (25 - 13) ÷ 2 = 6 cm

FInd CD:

CD = EF = 6 cm

Find the height:

a² + b² = c²

a² + 6² = 10²

a² = 100 - 36

a² = 64

a = √64

a = 8 cm

Find the area of the trapezium:

\sf Area = \frac{1}{2}\times (a+b)\times h\\\\Area = \frac{1}{2}\times (13+25)\times 8\\\\Area = 152\ cm^{2}
