Since opposite sides of parallelogram are equal.. Then the unknown sides will measure x cm..
Perimeter =sum of its boundaries
30=9.5+9.5+x+x
30=19+2x
2x=11
x=11/2=5.5
So the sides are 9.5 9.5 5.5 5.5
