If ABCD is a parallelogram and its base is 6 cm and height is 3 cm then area of paralellogram is equal to base into height. So area of paralellogram ABCD is 6 cm into 3 cm is equal to 18 square cm

2) 6cm into 3cm = 4cm into height as opposite sides of paralellogram are equal. So , 18cm square = 4hcm

So, height corresponding to basic ab is 6.5 cm as height = 18 cm square ÷ 4 cm
