Make a square and then take a point O inside the square join AO BO CO DO
NOW BC = BO = CO
AND BC = AB = CD = DA
Now /_ OBA = 30
And /_ OAB = 75
Same way /_ ODC = 75
Now /_ AOD = 360-75-75-60= 150
