OA=R=21m and OC=r=14m
∴ Area of the flower bed
= Area of A quadrant of a circle of radius R - Area of a quadrant of a circle of radius r
=41πR2−41πr2
=4π(R2−r2)
=41×722(212−142)cm2 .......[∵ R=21m and r=14m]
Area of the flower bed =[41×722(21+14)(21−14)]m2=[41×72235×7]m2=192.5m
