ABCDis a trapezium with AB||CD.AB=10.5cm,CD=15.5cm and AM_| CD.AM=4.8cm.find the area of the trapezium.

usp488: as we have given two parallel sides a = 10.5cm and b = 15.5cm and height. = 4.8cm
usp488: put the measures into the formula
usp488: area of trapezium = 1/2×4.8(10.5+15.5)
usp488: 2.4×26 = 62.4cm^2

area of trapezium=1\2*(a+b)*h
=1\2*26*4.8
=62.4cm^2
