To prove :

Imagine ABC as a triangle.

We know that angles of a parallelogram are 90°.

∠A = ∠B = ∠C = ∠D = 90°.

Then , Δ ABC will be a right angle triangle.

According to Pythagoras Theorem,

In a rt angled Δ,

A² + B² = C².

Here in ΔABC,

AB² + BC² = AC²

144 + 25 = 169
