sir,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards the increase in the number of crimes specially the rape cases. There are number of insanes, drunkers, roaming in our city due to which girls as well as ladies of the city cannot step out from there houses and if they do so sometimes they are beinh caught by the insanes, rapers who brutually rape those innocent girls and ladies..
I want u to write an article in ur newspaper for the safety measures that should be taken by women in their self defense.. Night petrolling should be done for more safety.
