Total work done in 20 days=20x
Work done in 5 days=5x
Remaining work=20x - 5x= 15x
The remaining work is done by Rohan in 12 days.
Therefore, in 1 day, Rohan does

So, Rohan will finish the work alone in
$\frac{20x}{ \frac{15x}{12} }$
Calculating it we get 16 days i.e. the answer.
