here is ur answer dude,
distance = s
time to reach = t1
time to return= t2
speed = distance/time taken
20 = s/t1
20*t1 = s
t1= s/20
on return
30=s/t2
t2=s/30
total time taken= t1+t2
s/20 +s/30 ( take L.C.M)
3s +2s/60 ( do cutting)
s/12
speed = distance /time
distance = s+s =2s, time=s/12
2s /s/12 = 24 km /hr ans
hope it helps u. plz refer image if any doubt.

\huge\mathfrak{\underline{\underline{Solution :-}}}

Let the distance between Abdul's home and school be x.

Time taken by Abdul from home to school= t_{1} = \huge\sf\frac{x}{20} hr.

__________________________

Time taken by Abdul from school to home t_{2}= \huge\sf\frac{x}{30}

_________________________

Total time, t = t_{1} + t_{2}

= \huge\sf\frac{x}{20}+\huge\sf\frac{x}{30}

________________________

\huge\sf\frac{x}{12}

_____________________________

Total Distance, s = x + x = 2x km.

__________________________

Average speed = \huge\sf\frac{s}{t}

= \huge\sf\frac{2x}{x/12}

= \huge\sf\frac{2x}{x} * 12

= 24 km/hr.
