I). 3x+1

Put x= - 1/3

= 3×(-1/3) +1

= - 1+1

=0

0 zeros of the polynomial 3x+1.

2.)5x-pi

Put x =4/5

P(x) = 5×4/5-pi

= 20-pi

Is the zeroes of the polynomial.

3.x²-1

Put x= 1

P(x) = 1²-1

= 1-1

=0

Then putting x=-1

=-1²-1

=1-1

=0

Answer:

<marquee>

1) p(x)=3x+1,x= -1/3

3( \frac{ - 1}{3} ) + 1 \\  \\  \frac{ - 3}{3}   + 1 \\  \\  \frac{ - 3 + 3}{3}  \\  \\  \frac{0}{3}

(3) \\  \\  (1) \: {x}^{2}   - 1 \\  { - 1}^{2}  - 1 \\ 1 - 1 = 0 \\  \\(2) \:  {1}^{2}   - 1 = 0

(5) \\  \\  {0}^{2}  = 0
