Abhi is the only child of Mr Ajit Singh and Mrs Ashu Singh. They live in
a joint family at Jabalpur . One day he was getting bored at home.
Suddenly an idea came to his mind and he began to note down the
ages of his family members. For 15 min. he was thinking about the ages
of his mother, father, grandfather and his own. Then he jumped into
the relationship among his family members.
He went to his mother and said 'Mom, your age is 6 years more than
twice of mine. Pap's age is two and a half times of my age. You know
that the sum of the ages of both of you is 5 years less than the age of
grandfather. You know Mom, my age would be square of the smallest
composite number after two years​

Given :-

• Mom age is 6 years more than twice of Abhi's age.
• Papa’s age is two and half times of Abhi's age.
• sum of ages of both Mom and Papa is 5 years less than the age of grandfather.
• Abhi's age would be square of the smallest composite number after two years.

To Find :-

• Abhi’s age after 11 years would be ?
• Mr Ajit Singh age ?
• Grandfather's age ?

Solution :-

we know that,

• smallest composite number is 4 .

so,

→ Abhi's present age + 2 = (4)²

→ Abhi's present age + 2 = 16

→ Abhi's present age = 16 - 2

→ Abhi's present age = 14 years.

then,

→ Abhi’s age after 11 years would be = 14 + 11 = 25 years. (Ans.1)

now,

→ Mr Ajit Singh age = 2.5 * Abhi's age = 2.5 * 14 = 35 years. (Ans.2)

and,

→ Mrs. Ashu Singh age = 2 * Abhi's age + 6 = 2 * 14 + 6 = 34 years.

therefore,

→ Grandfather Present age = Mr Ajit Singh age + Mrs. Ashu Singh age + 5 = 35 + 34 + 5 = 74 years. (Ans.3)
