Ramesh's water will get heat fast because the outermost part of Diane if the more houses part of flame.

The parts of the flame are mentioned below :

  • Innermost zone of unburnt wax.
  • Middle zone consisting of partially burnt carbon particles.
  • Moderately hot zone.
  • Hottest zone of completely burnt carbon particles blue in color. It is also called non- luminous zone or the zone of complete combustion

Answer:

The outer part ie the one which Ramesh kept.

Explanation:

In a candle flame , the middle part of the flame will be the coolest part of the flame when compared to the other parts.

The outer most part of the flame i.e which glows orange is the hottest part of the flame.

Hence if water is kept to heat in the outermost part , it will get heated more quickly than the water kept in the yellow part.

hope it helped and pleeease mark as brainliest:)
