The ability to handle social differences by means of power sharing among different groups are:

a. Government's Reservation Policy- Provides for reservation of seats in jobs and educational institutions for the SC's and ST's, so as to protect minorities from the possible domination of majorities.

b. One can also give example of how our Constitution guarantees that the rights of the minorities are duly protected through Fundamental.

c. By extending political and legal equality and freedom to all. which allows for participation of all groups in the political affairs. This ensures government is representative of majority of the population which includes different groups etc.

d. Linguistic reorganization of the states to represent their interests, for example Telugu speaking state of Andhra Pradesh, then Maharashtra, Gujarat etc.

e. India has adopted federalism to give representation and autonomy to provinces. This Principle of federalism is in the spirit of Democracy and power sharing, as it makes democracy more participative by accommodating diverse interests.
