during the british rule there were two types of town black town and white town.
(1)white towns were mainly for whites for european people to lift in and black towns were for black people mainly indians and or other asian african if any .
(2) the british believed in color and radical discrimination and therefore they constructed different town areas for people of white and black radical people during the time of english east india company
