About earmarking.in my citi bank app it shows remaining balance is 574 rs.bit I can only able to get 134 rs.remaining amount is earmarked.my question is what is ear marked and whether the money is going to return or not

Answer:

earmarked means setting aside funds for some specific purpose. there must have been some minimum requirement to be kept in balance. so that funds must have been blocked .
