Global warming is the increase of earth's average temperature due to effects of green house gases , deforestation etc. Global warming is primarily a problem of too much carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere—which acts as a blanket, trapping heat and warming the planet. As we burn fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas for energy or cut down and burn forests a lot of carbon accumulates and over loads the atmosphere. If the global warming increases then there will be increase in droughts and severe storms, the snow in  glaciers will melt due to excess heat and then there will floods, increase sea level and at last the whole earth will be under water. Its necessary to stop global warming otherwise there will be imbalance in the ecosystem.
