Vitamins are the organic molecules which are required in very small amounts for proper health and optimal growth.
Vitamins can be classified into two groups .
1)Fat soluble vitamins: vitamins A,D,E,K are fat soluble. Liver cells are rich in fat soluble vitamins.
2)Water soluble vitamins: vitamins C and B are water soluble. These are present in small quantities in our body
