Places where fishes are taken in fresh water,like lakes,rivers and streams are called inland fishery.Thailand most of the income by inland fishery.

Inland fishery means freshwater fishery means fishing is carried out in lakes, rivers, ponds etc. In India the leading state in inland fishery that i.e. freshwater fishery is West Bengal. Marine fishery means fishing is carried out in seas, oceans etc. In India the leading state in marine fishery is Maharashtra.
