Living in Itanagar is just like living in any other part of the country but there are some exceptions. You will not find any slums or beggars in this town. The climate here is definitely better than most of the other parts of the country. Though connectivity of capital town is not up to the mark but situation is changing and good results may be visible in the upcoming years. Right now due to the construction of 4-lane NH, condition of road is pretty bad and sometimes traffic gets worsen. Itanagar is getting cleaner though it may take a long time. Nowadays we all are witnessing door to door garbage collection which should be appreciated. But there is a lack of infrastructure and urban planning in this city and I don’t see any action by the Government on this issue. One more thing is that Itnagar is surrounded by lush forest and so there is no lack of fresh air.
