Fungi,
I) Simple non-green plants which are not photosynthesis. They are heterotrophic and eukaryotic organisms. Some fungi such as Puccini, Albugo etc, are parasites and draw their nutrients from the living called of their host-plants.
II) They may be unicellular or filamentous. The body of a multicellular and filamentous fungus is called a mycelium.
III) Fungi have a cell wall containing a mixture of chitin and cellulose. Chitin is a tough complex sugar.
IV) The reserve food is glycogen.
Examples: Bread mold(Rhizopus), yeast(Sacharomyces).
